Bubble

Homemade with several variations:

• The classic marshmallow : a crunchy cookie, topped with a melting marshmallow coated in dark chocolate.
• Marshmallow caramel : a melting salted caramel heart, accompanied by marshmallow, on a biscuit coated in dark chocolate.
• Red fruit : a delicious coulis of raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants and cranberries, combined with a marshmallow and a biscuit coated in dark chocolate.
• Fig vanilla : a vanilla fig confit, with a marshmallow and a biscuit, all coated in dark chocolate.

Each creation is made locally and by hand in our workshop in Montreal, faithful to our know-how since 1940.

Bag of 4 Bubbles or individual.

Ingredients : sugar, water, dark chocolate (cocoa min. 64%, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor) or milk chocolate (cocoa min. 34%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavor), passion fruit puree, raspberry puree, butter, flour, almond powder, pork gelatin, vanilla, salt.
