Sainte-Catherine taffy , a typically Quebec tradition prepared since 1940 at the Andrée chocolate factory.

Candy made with molasses, brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. This candy has the consistency of caramel and to obtain it, you must stretch the cooled preparation then cut it into small pieces which are then wrapped in foil.
