Sainte-Catherine taffy , a typical Quebec tradition prepared since 1940 at the Andrée chocolate factory.

Candy made from molasses, brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. This candy has the consistency of caramel and to obtain it, the cooled preparation must be stretched and then cut into small pieces which are then wrapped in papillotes.
